Requirements

Demonstrate digital concierge’s ability to provide:
  1. Searchable directory with contact information for key on-site and management personnel, as well as key emergency and city services
  2. Chat-type digital concierge, with a human-like interface via chatbot
  3. Office space room services (ordering food and drink, tracking order and delivery, etc.)
  4. Ability to submit service tickets via the virtual concierge
