Description
Streamline delivery processes. Optimize delivery bay vehicle flow and efficiency. Reduce wait times, queues and blockages in the loading bay and surrounding access roads. Improve communications with delivery drivers and retail tenants
Requirements
Demonstrate the ability to provide:
- Centralized digital log of delivery bookings and time plan to eliminate blockages in the loading bay and allow on-time deliveries
- Retail tenants can book delivery slots using the end-user app and receive confirmation that their spot has been secured
- Delivery vehicle pre-registration (LPR, timeslot allocation, delivery requirements, including bay size, height of vehicle, etc.)
- Delivery driver communication (pre-arrival alerts on delays, space availability, vehicle height warnings, LPR details). This content will be communicated via the end-user app and the building digital signage system
- Bay capacity and occupancy monitoring to inform drivers on dwell time. This data can be analyzed to inform management on how to best manage retail spaces deliveries
