Description

End-user fault logging via app, including ability to tag location and equipment through scanning of QR code or through form input. Property management staff are able to view work orders, relevant documentation and locations via their mobile device or workstation

Requirements

  3. Photo upload capability
  4. Ability to input job completion and upload photos and notes to work orders
  5. Ability to flag downstream/upstream system dependencies for mechanical/electrical faults
