Registration
TITLE
Company Super Admin users have access to all buildings of their company by default. This would apply to a Portfolio Manager at an organization that oversees all BOMA BEST applications for the entire portfolio across the country. This user type can approve access requests. NOTE: This user type can only be granted by request to BOMA.
Property Admin users have access to all the buildings of the region they belong to under the organization they are with. For example, a User who would need access to their building applications in Toronto. NOTE: This user type can only be granted by request to BOMA.
Property User users are property managers or external consultants who are managing a handful of properties in a region. They get access to only the buildings assigned to them as per their region. They can edit buildings and answer Questionnaires. These users can request access to other already registered buildings under the same organization. Access can be granted by the Company Super Admin or BOMA.
Property Read Only User users get access to certain buildings and dashboards for analysis purposes only. They do not have permission to edit building information or answer Questionnaires.
