For buildings registered under the Single Stream, an invoice will be issued upon registration or renewal of your BOMA BEST certification. The Single Stream fee is a five-year bulk fee. Please be advised that payment is due in full within 30 days of the invoice date. To ensure ease of payment, we offer several methods, including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), cheque or credit card.
