TITLE
BOMA BEST Fees must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Buildings cannot request or undergo verification and subsequent certification without full payment of the application fee.
If an Applicant has any outstanding balances with BOMA BEST, it is their responsibility to make payment arrangements with BOMA to maintain their certification status. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of their certification. Please note that BOMA reserves the right to charge 2.5% interest compounded weekly at its discretion. BOMA reserves the right to change the interest rate at any time.
Please be aware that access to the BOMA BEST Hub may be denied if payment is not received within the agreed-upon payment period.
