QUESTION
Will my BOMA BEST 3.0 documents be available in the new BOMA BEST Hub?
By 2024, BOMA BEST will only be accessible via the BOMA BEST Hub. The current Credit360 portal will no longer exist. As part of this transition, BOMA BEST will carry over a PDF copy of each building’s most recent BOMA BEST 3.0 questionnaire, score summary, and verification report. Any supporting documentation that has been uploaded to questionnaires will NOT be carried over. If you wish to obtain copies of uploaded documentation (i.e., company policies, building audits, etc.), it is recommended that users download all documentation from the Credit360 portal before September 30, 2023.
