Verification
TITLE
Once you finish working on your Questionnaire and are ready to verify, you will submit your Questionnaire for verification.
As part of the verification process, a BOMA BEST Verification Professional will be assigned to the request by BOMA. The BOMA BEST Verification Professional will complete a pre-site review of your building’s application and compile a list of questions to ask during the on-site verification based on what was answered in the Questionnaire.
The BOMA BEST Verification Professional will schedule the on-site verification with the Applicant. During the verification, a review of a sample of questions will be conducted to ensure understanding of questions answered Yes and to demonstrate compliance.
Once the on-site verification is complete, the BOMA BEST Verification Professional will provide a final verification report to BOMA, including the final score and level achieved.
BOMA will review the findings and certification will be awarded to successful Applicants.
Refer to the Verification Checklist below to prepare for verification.
