What is the purpose of the Baseline Practice questions?
Baseline Practices outline the fundamental measures buildings should have in place to be considered Sustainable or Smart according to industry standards. Baseline Practice questions are mandatory for achieving any level of BOMA BEST certification. Documentation must be uploaded to the BOMA BEST questionnaire in order to demonstrate compliancy or implementation of each Baseline Practice.
