An Applicant may recertify a building in accordance with the following terms:

• One year has lapsed since its certification.
• Recertification fees are paid in accordance with the current BOMA BEST Application Fees.
• Applicants meet the requirements of the most current BOMA BEST Building Certification Questionnaire, providing the most up-to-date supporting documentation available.
• On-site verification is required for recertification.
