BOMA BEST Policies
TITLE
Policy 8: Failed Certifications
If a property fails a verification for BOMA BEST certification and no corrective actions are taken or if the owner/property manager requests it, BOMA will suspend the certification. Additionally, BOMA will not issue any refunds in such cases.
Please refer to Policy 13 for recertification requirements.
