Application fees for the BOMA BEST Building Certification Program are determined based on the following criteria: 

• Asset Class 
• Gross Floor Area (GFA) of the building by square foot 
• Number of Units (For MURBs only) 

Fees are updated annually and can be accessed here. 

While BOMA reserves the right to adjust Application Fees without notice, every effort will be made to communicate updates promptly to Applicants and the public.
