QUESTION
What happens when I create a test building in the Hub?
In the Hub, test buildings can be created by users to familiarize themselves with the platform and access BOMA BEST Sustainable and BOMA BEST Smart questionnaires. Invoices are not issued and verifications cannot be requested for test buildings. Note: a test building is not considered a registered building in BOMA BEST. If a user completes a questionnaire for a test building and wishes to request verification, they must edit the building’s profile by selecting “No” for the field labelled “Test Building?”. The building will be officially registered and an invoice will be issued automatically. Then, verification can be requested. This change can only be made once. After a building is registered, it cannot be changed back to a test building.
