To recertify a building, the following conditions apply: 

• A minimum of one year must pass after the building’s initial verification before it is eligible to apply for recertification. Application Fees must be paid according to the current fee structure. 
• Applicants must complete the most recent version of the Questionnaire and provide updated supporting document.  
• Verification is required for recertification.
