Upon the expiration or termination of a BOMA BEST certification, the property owner and/or property manager shall immediately cease and desist from any and all use of the BOMA BEST seal, logo, or any other indicia of certification. This includes, but is not limited to, removal from all marketing materials, property websites, and any physical or digital representations within the premises. 

BOMA BEST reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue legal remedies against any party that continues to display or otherwise represent a property as BOMA BEST certified after the certification has lapsed or been revoked.
