I am a part of the portfolio stream, what happens if I submit for verification in January 2025, when will my certification be valid for?
For portfolio buildings meeting their 2024 quota, the extended deadline does not affect the certification period. Buildings certifying under BOMA BEST Sustainable 4.0, that was selected for the 2024 verification period will have a certification from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2028.
