BOMA BEST Policies
TITLE
Policy 14: Mandatory Quality Assessment of Platinum Level Verifications
All platinum-level certifications, regardless of administrative stream, are subject to a secondary verification by a different BOMA BEST Verification Professional.
This secondary verification is conducted remotely and ensures the integrity of the certification process.
The score from the secondary verification is final and may differ from the initial score.
