BOMA BEST is offering users enrolled in the Portfolio Stream the option to select a four-year recertification schedule for those who wish to obtain full GRESB points.  

Portfolios with less than 50 BOMA BEST registered properties who want to pursue this pathway are required to transition all properties under their ownership or management to the four-year recertification schedule.   

BOMA BEST registered portfolios that equal or exceed 50 buildings shall have the discretion to split or enroll their entire portfolio into the four-year recertification schedule. The subset of buildings entering the four-year recertification cycle must equal or exceed ten properties.   

All BOMA BEST portfolio buildings who wish to adopt the four-year recertification schedule must adhere to the four-year fee schedule as posted in the Field Guide.
