BOMA BEST is offering users enrolled in the Portfolio Stream the option to select a four-year recertification schedule for those who wish to obtain full GRESB points.  

BOMA BEST registered portfolios shall have the discretion to split or enroll their entire portfolio into the four-year recertification schedule. The subset of buildings entering the four-year recertification cycle must equal or exceed ten properties.

To enroll a portfolio in the 4-year certification cycle or if the subset of buildings entering the four-year recertification cycle is less than 10, please reach out to your BOMA BEST portfolio lead or contact info@bomabest.org

For existing portfolios enrolled in a 5-year certification cycle who wish to enroll some or all buildings into a 4-year cycle, a $250 administrative fee will apply per building and will be charged in the year in which the building changes certification cycles and every 4 years upon verification.

Buildings registered in a portfolio with Baseline level certifications that have not yet completed a verification can get a Confirmation of Certification Letter upon request. Please contact your BOMA BEST portfolio lead or reach out to info@bomabest.org.

All BOMA BEST portfolio buildings who wish to adopt the four-year recertification schedule must adhere to the four-year fee schedule as posted in the Field Guide.
