Portfolio Review

TITLE

Portfolio Review Terms and Conditions

The following eligibility requirements apply to applicants seeking participation in the 2026 Portfolio Review program for the BOMA BEST Sustainable Program.


1. Program Requirements
1.1 Applicable to the BOMA BEST Sustainable program only.
1.2 All asset classes are eligible and can be included in one submission.

2. Portfolio Size Requirement
2.1 The applicant’s portfolio must consist of one hundred (100) or more buildings registered in the BOMA BEST Sustainable program at the time of application.

3. Baseline Practice Commitment
3.1 The applicant must commit to pursuing, at a minimum, all baseline practices that are eligible for inclusion in the portfolio review.
3.2 Failure to pursue the required baseline practices may result in ineligibility or removal from the portfolio review process.

4. Account and Certification Standing
4.1 The applicant’s annual BOMA BEST program fees must be current and in good standing at the time of application and throughout the review process.
4.2 The applicant’s verification cycle must be in good standing.
4.3 Portfolio reviews will not be completed for buildings that have not met prior year certification quotas or other program requirements.

5. Application Intake Limits
5.1 Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
5.2 A maximum of three (3) portfolio reviews will be accepted for the 2026 calendar year.

6. Geographic Eligibility
6.1 The 2026 Portfolio Review program is available to Canadian applicants only at this time.

Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria at the time of application and maintain compliance throughout the duration of the portfolio review process. Failure to do so may result in denial or removal from the portfolio review process.
