BOMA BEST Policies
TITLE
Policy 12: Certification Credentials
BOMA BEST certifications are tied to the building, not a company or entity.
Changes in ownership or management must be reported to BOMA at info@bomabest.org
Certification history will be maintained in the BOMA BEST Hub and made available to new building managers, excluding previous Questionnaire data unless express consent is obtained from the prior management.
